Damaged Items

Robin Lee & Company is not liable for any damages of shipped items. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible, but we will do our best to resolve the situation. If your order was damaged in transport, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is settled. Each product is shipped in a box and a bubble envelope, so damages are highly unlikely.
